Opening reception of the New Back Lane POP UP Gallery

The opening reception was a great success. Over 100 people attended 20 paintings sold on the night.The space is huge and people can spend an hour looking at artwork of over 19 artists.  The galley is open until the end of September so get there and have a look at some amazing affordable art.

Since the Snow White Painting is so popular, I decided to so a similar style painting of a local landmark in Killarney.  Evey artist I know paints this in the tradition way, Blue sky and green grass.  So here is something completely different.  I could not resist adding the crows.

Once upon a time an artist from Killarney entered an art competition and was selected.  Her painting was whisked away to LA to be exhibited in the Snow White and the Huntsman at 7710 Melrose Avenue. http://www.snowwhiteandthehuntsman.com/ Snow White and the Huntsman Pop Up exhibition. One day a famous person came in and bought the painting.  Deborah career took off and they all lived happily ever after!  To be continued
